Making videos used to cost time, money, and a whole team. A product shoot? You needed a photographer, studio lighting, and a location. A promo video? Count on a cameraman, sound technician, and editor. The bill quickly ran into the thousands of euros, and even then you only had one version.
Those days are over. Now it’s all about the right tools and how smartly you use them. Artlist.io has integrated two powerful AI models into their platform that fundamentally change the way you create professional content.
What can you do with them? How do they work? And more importantly: what will it deliver for you in your daily work? Find out here.

Those days are over. Now it’s all about the right tools and how smartly you use them. Artlist.io has integrated two powerful AI models into their platform that fundamentally change the way you create professional content: Sora 2 and Nano Banana.
Sora 2 generates hyper-realistic videos from text or images. Nano Banana produces photorealistic visuals that you can use straight away in commercial projects. Both tools are integrated into the Artlist platform, where you also have access to their huge library of music, sound effects and stock footage.
What can you do with them? How do they work? And more importantly: what will it get you in your day-to-day work? You’ll find out here.
Artlist started as a music library for video creators. You got access to royalty-free music, sound effects and stock footage through a subscription. The platform has grown into a complete toolkit for video production. Besides their massive catalog of more than 900,000 assets, they now also offer AI tools for video and image generation.
The power lies in the integration. You generate a video with AI and directly combine it with music and sound effects from their library. All under one subscription, all with one license. That saves time and hassle with rights.
Sora 2 is OpenAI’s newest video model, available on Artlist since October 2025. The model understands physics at a level other AI tools can’t match. Ask for a basketball player who misses, and you’ll actually see the ball fly past the basket. Sounds logical, but earlier models often had the ball magically disappear into the basket anyway.
The output stands out through natural movement and physics. Objects move the way they do in the real world. Water flows naturally, fabrics wave convincingly, and shadows fall where you’d expect them. The “AI-uncanny” feeling of older models – where movements were just slightly off – has largely disappeared.
The model generates not only visuals but also sound. Dialogue, background noises and sound effects are automatically added and synchronized. You type a prompt like “a woman walks through a busy city at sunset” and get a video with city sounds, footsteps and ambient atmosphere that matches the visuals.
Nano Banana is Google’s Gemini 2.5 Flash Image model, integrated into Artlist. The name is playful, but the model is serious. You generate and edit images using natural language. “Change the wall to blue” or “add a plant in the corner” – the model understands what you mean and delivers photorealistic results.
The images Nano Banana produces are hard to distinguish from real photos. Lighting, textures and details are spot on. Where earlier AI image generators often looked artificial or illustrated, Nano Banana delivers output you can use directly in professional projects.
Where Nano Banana excels is consistency. Characters and objects remain recognizable across multiple images. That’s crucial for brand campaigns, YouTube thumbnails or storyboards where you want to maintain the same style.
You can merge multiple images together. Upload a sketch, a photo and a mockup, and Nano Banana combines them into one cohesive image. Adjusting perspective is also possible: generate the same object from different angles without starting over.
The Pro version (Nano Banana Pro, based on Gemini 3 Pro) goes even further. It renders text correctly in images, in multiple languages. Handy for posters, mockups or infographics where readability is essential. The level of detail and realistic representation are so strong that you can barely tell the difference from professional product photography.
Example: Generate with Nano Banana Pro – “Modern scandinavian living room interior, grey fabric sofa with wooden legs, minimalist design, natural daylight from large windows, indoor plants, warm atmosphere, professional interior photography style” showcases the photorealistic quality and perfect lighting that Nano Banana creates for product and interior visualizations]
Marketing and e-commerce
Marketing teams test campaign variations by placing products in different settings. No more photoshoots for every variant. E-commerce companies showcase products in various contexts – a chair in a living room, an office setting, and an outdoor space, all generated from a single product photo.
Content and Video
Content creators generate thumbnails that stay visually consistent across an entire video series. Characters remain recognizable, the style stays the same. The hyper-realistic quality ensures videos look professional without requiring a production budget.
Film and pre-visualization
Filmmakers visualize scenes before they start shooting. Testing props, locations and camera angles without burning through the budget. Directors use Sora 2 to convince investors with visuals that look like real footage.
All AI-generated content on Artlist falls under their royalty-free license. You can use it in commercial projects. This applies to both Sora 2 and Nano Banana. The copyright is yours, with no claims from Artlist.
Both models are available in the AI Suite, Max Pro and Business plans of Artlist. You work with a credit system:
Nano Banana Pro: 100 credits per image
Sora 2: variable credits depending on resolution, length and model choice
Processing time: videos 4-8 minutes, images a few seconds
