Du matar in dina int\u00e4kter och ber ChatGPT om din tillv\u00e4xtprocent. &#8221;Din tillv\u00e4xt \u00e4r 47% j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med f\u00f6rra kvartalet,&#8221; svarar AI:n direkt. S\u00e5 du fr\u00e5gar vidare: &#8221;N\u00e4r n\u00e5r jag mitt \u00e5rsm\u00e5l?&#8221; ChatGPT r\u00e4knar vidare: &#8221;Med denna tillv\u00e4xt n\u00e5r du ditt m\u00e5l i september, med en oms\u00e4ttning p\u00e5 \u20ac340 000.&#8221;    \n\nDu g\u00f6r en presentation av det. Delar siffrorna med ditt team. Tills n\u00e5gon r\u00e4knar efter: din tillv\u00e4xt \u00e4r inte 47%, utan 23%. Det \u00e5rsm\u00e5let? F\u00f6rst \nHela din ber\u00e4ttelse best\u00e5r av p\u00e5hittade siffror. Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r faran med AI-hallucinationer. En felaktig ber\u00e4kning, och AI:n bygger bara vidare p\u00e5 det. Det l\u00e5ter logiskt, men st\u00e4mmer inte.       \n\nAI kan ljuga. Inte med avsikt, men det h\u00e4nder. Och de l\u00f6gner kan bli dyra f\u00f6r ditt f\u00f6retag eller din trov\u00e4rdighet. Problemet? Det verkar logiskt, l\u00e5ter \u00f6vertygande och presenteras med \u00f6vertygelse. Men det \u00e4r helt fel.  <\/p><p>H\u00e4r ligger problemet: AI f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ger vad som borde komma baserat p\u00e5 m\u00f6nster i den data det tr\u00e4nats p\u00e5. Det &#8221;vet&#8221; ingenting p\u00e5 riktigt, det gissar vilka ord som \u00e4r mest logiska i ett visst sammanhang. Precis som din telefon f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ger n\u00e4sta ord, men mycket mer avancerat.   <\/p><p>Oftast g\u00e5r det bra. Men ibland missar det helt. Advokater som hamnar i trubbel eftersom AI hittade p\u00e5 kompletta r\u00e4ttsfall, inklusive \u00e4rendenummer och domar.   <\/p><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Vi ser f\u00f6retag snubbla \u00f6ver felaktiga ber\u00e4kningar i finansiella rapporter, felaktiga produktspecifikationer i webbutiker och helt p\u00e5hittade kundupplevelser i marknadsf\u00f6ringsmaterial. Kontrollera om den verkligen finns. <\/li><li><strong>Mots\u00e4gelser inom samma samtal<\/strong> \u2013 AI som p\u00e5st\u00e5r A i ena stycket och tre stycken senare s\u00e4ger motsatsen.<\/li><li>P\u00e5st\u00e5enden om aktuella h\u00e4ndelser \u2013 AI-modeller \u00e4r tr\u00e4nade fram till ett visst datum. Allt d\u00e4refter \u00e4r gissningar. <\/li><li><strong>Statistik som verkar f\u00f6r bra f\u00f6r att vara sann<\/strong> \u2013 precis den siffra du beh\u00f6ver? Testa svar mot din egen kunskap. Om AI s\u00e4ger n\u00e5got om ditt omr\u00e5de som inte st\u00e4mmer med din erfarenhet, g\u00e5 inte bara f\u00f6rbi det. Lita p\u00e5 din expertis.   <\/p><p>Anv\u00e4nd AI som startpunkt, inte som slutpunkt. AI \u00e4r fantastiskt f\u00f6r brainstorming, f\u00f6rsta utkast och inspiration. Men viktig content m\u00e5ste du alltid f\u00f6rfina, kontrollera och personalisera. Det h\u00f6r fundamentalt till hur dessa system fungerar. De genererar text baserat p\u00e5 m\u00f6nster, inte baserat p\u00e5 verklig kunskap eller f\u00f6rst\u00e5else. Betyder det att AI \u00e4r v\u00e4rdel\u00f6st? Absolut inte. Men det betyder att du m\u00e5ste f\u00f6rbli kritisk.     <\/p><p>Dessa system blir b\u00e4ttre. Hallucinationerna blir mindre frekventa. Men risken f\u00f6rsvinner aldrig helt. Skapa en kultur av v\u00e4xling mellan AI och verklig kunskap. F\u00f6r det b\u00e4sta f\u00f6rsvaret mot AI-hallucinationer?
