Desde ChatGPT y Microsoft Copilot hasta software de reclutamiento inteligente y servicio al cliente automatizado. Cada vez m\u00e1s organizaciones utilizan la inteligencia artificial para trabajar m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido, m\u00e1s inteligente y m\u00e1s eficientemente.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Pero con este r\u00e1pido desarrollo tambi\u00e9n crece la necesidad de reglas claras.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">La Uni\u00f3n Europea ha establecido estas reglas en la AI Act: la primera legislaci\u00f3n integral del mundo espec\u00edficamente dirigida a la inteligencia artificial. Piensa en sistemas que generan resultados discriminatorios, que enga\u00f1an a las personas o que respaldan decisiones sin que quede claro c\u00f3mo se han tomado.<\/p><p>Con la AI Act, Europa quiere garantizar que la inteligencia artificial se utilice de forma segura, transparente y responsable, sin frenar la innovaci\u00f3n de manera innecesaria.<\/p><p>El objetivo de la ley es generar confianza. Para los ciudadanos, porque sus derechos quedan mejor protegidos. Para las organizaciones, porque se establecen normas claras para el desarrollo y el uso de la IA. Sin embargo, no es as\u00ed. El reglamento de IA se est\u00e1 implementando de forma progresiva y las primeras obligaciones ya son aplicables.<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\">Desde el 2 de febrero de 2025, ciertos sistemas de IA con un riesgo inaceptable est\u00e1n prohibidos. Adem\u00e1s, las organizaciones que desarrollan o utilizan IA deben garantizar que sus empleados tengan un nivel suficiente de alfabetizaci\u00f3n en IA. Sin embargo, tambi\u00e9n las organizaciones que utilizan herramientas de IA existentes se ven afectadas por la ley.<\/p><p>La AI Act exige a las organizaciones que gestionen el uso de la IA de forma consciente. Esto significa, entre otras cosas, tener una visi\u00f3n clara de qu\u00e9 sistemas de IA se utilizan dentro de la organizaci\u00f3n, qu\u00e9 riesgos conllevan y qu\u00e9 responsabilidades se derivan de ello.<\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s, cada vez es m\u00e1s importante establecer acuerdos claros sobre el uso de la IA, garantizar la supervisi\u00f3n humana y proporcionar a los empleados los conocimientos suficientes para usar la IA de manera responsable.<\/p><p>Para muchas organizaciones, esto significa que la IA ya no es \u00fanicamente un tema de TI. En realidad, la ley tiene un alcance mucho m\u00e1s amplio. La normativa sobre IA se dirige tanto a los proveedores de sistemas de IA como a las organizaciones que utilizan estos sistemas.
